Refund and Exchange Policy
We want you to love every piece you buy from Swapnara Jewels. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.
⏳ Return/Exchange Period:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
📋 Accepted Reasons:
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong item received
- Size or style mismatch (exchange only)
✅ Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags must be intact
📞 How to Request:
- Email us at support@swapnara.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
- Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process and arrange pickup if needed.
💵 Refunds:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement, and the new product will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after return is received and verified.
